I have work 5 Years at Rachna Sagar Pvt Ltd, Job security is good like a government job. It was a good experience working here. The management here was very good. Whatever the rule regulation of management due to the period of Covid 19 everything is useless. Ask HR anything He/She has lack of knowledg. Every month salary structure is different. There are many such people here who do not have technical knowledg of work, yet the same people give us work to develop work.

The company is having great product,readily adopts latest technology. As I an having great colleague , ready to work as a team .

Growth is too slow.There is no job security.

Appraisal only for spoons,full of politics,accounts department is gud but they are bound with managements policies u will not get any gratuity ....wastage of some prescious years of your life
