Likes

Very good place to work in. Young team. Almost everyone is a civil service aspirant there. It's an amazing atmosphere. You learn and you teach. Continuous process of learning takes place.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

I suggest that if Race institute could help the employees to plan and support the career growth of the employees, it will be great. Otherwise lovely place to work in.

I worked there as a teaching faculty for General studies for SSC exams.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
