The company is more focused on learning instead of only working. The great thing is the company believes on self growth so then the company will grow. Follows strict discipline. We enjoy our work and also every alternate Saturday HR do some employee activities to cheer up employees' mind. 😊😄 Thank You Raajas India Private Limited.

Obviously the company is very strict with office timing but it also gives some relaxation like 2 late ins not count, we can obviously take early off with a valid reason, we can take leaves up to 45 days in a year and more.😊

Very supportive management. Work culture wise very good and company policies are very employee friendly. Management gives multiple option to learn and grow. They are not only concern about the employees productivity but also they are very much conscious with their health and mental peace which is really very rare.
