Its a good environment to learn and grow. Sometimes work can get a bit hectic. But be rest assured its not going to be a waste. People value your proactive approach and are open to new ideas. Quite friendly too. They have a linear organisational structure.

Dislikes

Like any workplace there can be a bit of bickering. Especially with work piling up and less resources. However, for a beginner this place is a perfect incubator to grow and learn a lot about the industry.

I had an exciting stint at Rsquare. A place were I got exposed to the industry.
