Everything. RKS is known for rewarding loyalty, not talent. They take a long time to accept changes. The hierarchy is so strong that even if your super boss knows you are good, he will not reach out to you. This means you are at the mercy of your boss. And you’ll have a tough time getting one. Because if you don't know the tricks tobe your boss’ pet, God save you. It's the worst place for a creative person. The atmosphere is toxic and can lead you to lose your mind. Their handling of the Covid situation was horrible. They cut salaries and downsized rampantly at the initial stage itself. The salaries are yet to be revised.
