Good working culture. We can learn a lot. For freshers it's a correct place to work with. For ladies security is more and company is giving importance to woman development. For pregnant ladies pick up drop available. Management team is very good and identify talented people correctly and gave awards

Dislikes

2 years bond system which most people don't like particularly youngsters. Other one is shift system which may not suit for certain employees as it will lead to health issues. Otherwise it is a good place to work with as per my experience

I have joined as a document specialist and learnt a lot from this company. The management level training given by them was excellent. I gained good experience working with RRD. It is my second home
