It is a typical Marwari proprietorship firm. Employee benefits and career growth aspect are given least important.

Dislikes

Training and development ,employee engagement , motivation and career growth are the areas they need to work on.

Work Details

I was handling core HR which included Payroll process, compensation benefits, recruitment, performance appraisal.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
