Company has gone into a dictatorship of a leader and her outstanding way of victimising herself. All good founding Members have left organisation. CEO is clouded by only 2 people. Have got out of its employee friendly culture.

1. You can be curious and there are some people who will always take out the time to help you answer your questions. None of these people are from the upper management though. It's your peers. 2. If you express feelings that there is some other role that you are interested in, depending on who is your TL or which team you are from, you might be able to switch internally.

Dislikes

1. Lot of micro-management goes on. 2. A few of the CS folks are unaware of what the product features are and are somewhat technically challenged. 3. The BD team sells a product feature that doesn't exist and is oblivious of all. 4. A few of the CS folks that are actually good and bring in product feedback are not taken seriously asthe product team is very rigid. Except for one. 5.
