New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Earlier company was quotient Technology and it was one of the best work culture and almost everything was good like tier 1 companies. Now this company is acquired by Neptune retail solutions on sep, 2023. After that everything is bad here. No work, simply they fire employees without notice. No bonus, all facilities are stopped. Worklife is very insured nowadays. They stopped all the ongoing projects for quotient. Quotient is almost over now. They can fire anyone anytime....Read More

Ceo is very bad. They don't care about employees he only knows money. He doesn't communicate with employees. It's a private organisation so everything is handled by ceo. Other are just working what ceo tells. Even for small approval also you have to go to ceo for approval. Very bad culture
