1. Egoistic Behavior of HR: The HR Manager and HR Head exhibit highly egoistic behavior. When inquiries are made to the HR Manager, she often lacks answers. The HR Head, on the other hand, tends to dismiss employee concerns without hearing both sides, often responding with reprimands and stating, "This is not a LALA Company." 2. Delayed Salary Credits: Salaries are not credited on time. When approached, the HR Manager typically responds with a vague timeframe of the 7th to 10th of the month. Additionally, she advises employees to manage their expenses independently, emphasizing that since they are single, they should be able to handle their financial responsibilities. This overlooks the fact that employees have commitments such as EMIs, house rent, travel costs, and other expenses. 3. Leave Policy Issues: The leave policy is stringent, allowing only two leaves per month. Even in cases of illness, employees are required to seek approval for sick leave, often needing to implore their managers for approval. 4. Salary Deductions: The management enforces salary deductions for even a seconds of tardiness, yet expects employees to work beyond office hours to demonstrate their motivation, without additional compensation. 5. Unrealistic Deadlines: New projects often commence with tight deadlines. Employees are expected to work day and night to meet these deadlines. If an employee leaves the office at the scheduled time of 7 PM, they are questioned by the manager about pending tasks, even if those tasks were assigned the same day. 6. Poor Quality of Refreshments: While tea and coffee are provided, they are often of substandard quality, sometimes containing contaminants such as cockroaches. 7. The overall work environment in the office is highly toxic. the behavior of manager, particularly HOD , was the worst experienced in my career. there was no professionalism whatsoever. managers frequently used demeaning and disrespectful language. and main thing about that HOD is which is non technical manager made a habit of taunting employees about their personal lives. there was a complete lack of boundaries. managers frequently engage in the politics and favoritism. those who do not involve their politics are often sidelined or unfairly targeted. in daily morning meetings, the manager would often threatens developers, saying thing like, "i will fire you" i have the power . i can do anything with you i can promote or fire you. no growth, hiring and firing games always , there no work life balance even you have to work on weekend . salary delays were frequent issue. Even after completing the all assigned tasks , the manager would say , "No one is going home until i say". if you are considering joining quicktouch as developer please read this review. there are two managers in this company and you will work under both. one manager is fine and genuinely cares about your work and not with useless things. the other manager , however , is non technical and seems more interested in your personal life thanyour professional contributions. he lacks an understanding of technology, so when issues arise and we try to explain them, he simply responds with "i don't know, you need to do it anyhow" . he doesn't appear to contribute meaningfully in the office, often wasting everyone's time in scrum and daily stand-up meetings. instead of focusing on work-related discussions, he tends to taunt people. honestly, the company would be better off without him. if you socialize with him, such as going out for drinks or parties ,he views your performance positively. however, if you focus solely on your work and avoid office politics, he perceives your performance poor. he calls himself the managing director of quicktouch and frequently threatens to stop salary increments or fire employees in the daily morning meetings. are bhaai kya kya mention karu bahut toxic work environment,jo bhi iske khilaf bolta hai usko nikal deta hai , mental harassment reason tha ye company leave karne ka mera. The company lacks any semblance of work-life balance, expecting employees to work excessively long hours with no consideration for their personal lives. There are no benefits provided, and employees are treated unfairly. Policies are designed to favor the employer and are changed monthly without notice, creating constant instability. Salaries are consistently delayed, adding financial stress to the already challenging working conditions. The management is rude, lacks professionalism, and often intrudes into employees' personal lives. The HR department is particularly hostile, with the HR manager frequently shouting at employees when they raise concerns. The company enforces very strict timings, deducting salaries even if an employee is just 10 seconds late. Flexibility in working hours, a common perk in the IT industry, is non-existent here, with strict adherence to punctuality enforced to an unreasonable degree.
