Nothing to like this company. No job security/work life balance and company policy will change as per CEO Mr. KNM Rao`s will. Example- When I ordered toilet/hand tissues as per employees request, CEO questioned me that we are Indians or foreigners. He don't want to waste money on tissu es as from ages Indians are using water to wash not paper. By this patriotic thinking we provided a towel near wash basin. You can understand his feelings about our country....Read More

Teammates- S/W professionals has to sign contract of 2 years. If they leave in between, they need to pay 2 lakhs in order to get their document. Job Security- Non s/w staffs doesn`t know their last day in office. It may come in next hour. Career Growth- No employee would have hear in Quick ride. Salary/Appraisal- If you get your com plete salary every month means u r lucky, because CEO will make note of all ur tiny mistakes and deduct ur salary accordingly. It starts from 2500 till 10000. You can think about appraisal. Politics-No politics- Only DICTATORSHIP. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Work life balance- Non S/W staffs starts from 8</mark>.30am, no fixed out gong timings as office will be open for 24/7, Need to inform CEO before leaving, then he will give task while leaving office, if u doesn`t complete it within the same day then that will be noted and ur pay will be deducted according to his will. He was holding F&F of employees giving silly reasons. He was not paying vendors, even water & milk supplier raised complain against the company and I got a call from police station....Read More
