If you have been called for interview at 9.00 you should be at 8:45 even if your late for 2 seconds they will send you home, we have seen people going home 3 times in a week, it doesn't matter for them where you come from how your ... You need to know time. MD has lot of attitude interms of boss: they don't care about employees whether on your leave your alive or dead. They have a reason to show your downside morning till evening. 1. You will be forced to take lower salary 2. 3 month probation and they will try their best to kick out in 3 months. 3. Toxic employees+ MD you will not have PF , health insurance 4. work time 9-7 if your late for 2 seconds until 9-9.30 (1 late) , 9.30- 3.30 (2 late). Similarly your late after 10.30 half day. 5. People with 1 month experience take your interview. 6. If you try to help to grow process and team doens't like you they make sure to complain and kick you out... 7. Process is so easy that they have made complicated, only 4 people works here and and randomly position are alloted, no vision and growth when you ask MD. 8. All your leaves are accumulate in probation and given after you clear, they make sure you do not complete the probation. 9. If you have no job , please try a better company the growth, employment culture is so worst then a startup, I can say slavery is the best word, 9.if you are experienced in top companies and if you suggest them any new idea.. they say we know better then you. 10: stay safe ,when they take HR job vacancy.. think 100% because the attrition for a company is 3/7 in 15 days or max 1 month,...Read More
