Company is totally on Core industries like embedded,mechanical branch work.clients are good in core like mediatek,exilmobil etc. Yet to grow in IT industries.

Dislikes

Hikes are in single digit not even crossing 5%.Employee will stay if hikes are good. Projects are not much. If hired for any client and if in future client goes off then very less chances to get another client.better to look outside if on bench.

Worst manager ever scene, with micro management, with overcommitting, no training plan, no KT, no process standard, no standard document, no proper communication, no team meating, no new learning, no UAT for approval,etc.. ..

I like nothing and moreover managers are worst...they are thinking this is a production company and manufacturing... though company has hybrid WORK polices these guy force us to come to office every day please understand and stay away and SALARY HIKE IS WORST
