It is the best place to learn and gain high amount of knowledge. Mostly many deliverables are the sole responsibility of the executers this makes us learn about the process and tackling the situations really well. On the floor there are absolutely no politics everyone will be eager to help you.

Dislikes

Though the politics is seen less on floor it is quite difficult to get promotion/hike/recognition even deserving once if you really don't know how to be in good books with managers. Work life balance is totally dependent on the individual how he tackles the system to enjoy his space asthis company survives on shift system and it usually gets dragged beyond expected time due to varied time zone difference between clients and offshore teams. Facilities is not provided here. As it is a service based company innovative thinking is really limited, if you are out of box thinker things wouldn't be appreciated here for technical related innovation.
