Some HOD's not working for company, they are just plying..if any one problem regularly coming time simply they blame downline people.. they don't maintain good atmosphere at work place. Every body need to work for company.. that time our company is going good place.. thank you

Overtime...we r working daily 12 to13 hours...one day or any urgent shipment time is ok..but daily can't posible stay that much time..next day working time we can't show good performance..we are not spend the time with our family's..

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
