Quantsapp is a Fraud Organization, The HR doesn't even have the guts to convey the message to candidate's about the talk time criteria where the company deducts the half salary for the day if talktime is not met . Also the company's HR has not mentioned about the salary date , with regards to salary is credited after 45 days. Worst place to work & would not recommend any one.

Very friendly work culture and nobody asks to do any overtime. Come on time leave on time culture is what i like best. Have been also getting increments double than what i used to get in previous companies.

Unethical Salary deductions are done. They hire you for a particular role and you actually end up doing something else only which is not even discussed in the interview. Forcefully employees are being called to work on Saturday and Sunday where it is supposed to be week offs. Comp. offs are also not adjusted. No proper training given for the process you are hired for . Self learning is expected. Work culture is the worst. No job security at all . Unrealistic Targets are set . In summers employees were made to work without Air conditioners for weeks in a closed room where there was zero ventilation . There is literally no pros / manager are worse and your salary will never get credited till u don't run behind ur manager for it.

Everything! Their processes are pathetic and they self don't know what they want to achieve/ Salary is credited once in 2 months after u run behind ur manager. Very mismanaged organization 1 hour break time is mentioned in offer letter but they will give u only 30 mins break in whole day and u need to achieve 4.5 hours talktime which was never mentioned anywhere. There is nothing to like in this company, Every 5 star review on this company is fake. More than 95% of the staff hates the company. The only thing I liked was the friends I made.

pretty much everything in the previous 1 star reviews are correct The pantry has cockroaches They don't even provide tissues in Poor Air Conditioning The washrooms are dirty Only 1 washroom for a 100 employees Very limited parking space The building staff is stingy as well Managers lack technical knowledge Team Leaders aren't helpful at all Salary gets deducted if you come even 1 second late The CEO is always on the cloud of his own ego The CEO's sister and the Development Team Head lack the knowledge of basic english, forget about computers Their company policy keeps changing every month The laptops and mouse provided are of the cheapest quality The work environment is toxic Deadlines are ridiculous since managers are dumb The CEO's father is even more annoying as he keeps walking around the company for no reason The CEO drinks alcohol openly anywhere but charges 5000 rupees penalty if he saw someone eating non-veg Overall I don't think this company has a good future. This is the worst company that I have ever worked for. Wasted my 7 months. The management things they are god's. At the very start, everything was very nice. After 1 month, I can to know their true colours. - CEO is an IIT, but he has np knowledge related to coding. - management people will always harras you, provides unrealistic tasks with unrealistic deadlines like do this in minutes or hours. - No proper leave policy - after 1 month of my joining, I was working every single weekends and holidays. - they will call you and ask you to work even you have applied for leaves - no room for improvement, they just want to earn money by not providing any skills or learning to employees - once you resign, they will put you salary on hold for 3 months and after completing that with 45 days period you will have to follow up or beg to get your own money. - some of my colleagues got tortured even after leaving the company as they don't provide you all the documents - they blackmail you by saying that if any background verification happens we will say that you absconded without a notice. - lunch area is completely dirty and always heated due to no shelter and ac machines which exerts heat continuously, cockroaches in coffee machines, improper washroom as it is always dirty. Lively Team, working and enjoying at the same time. I was able to draw fat incentives right after I started working here from the first month. Who gives 1 time of salary as incentive in first month itself, I'm enjoying working here.
