I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. 1st of all I will talk about job security,It's Good,and management and company policies is not so good.Regarding 60 days of notice peroid.salary and variable and expense is not paying at a perticular time of duration.
