I'm on client location so there is nothing to like about Quality Kiosk.

Dislikes

They are not providing the good hike. Even jobs are not secured, at any time client can say that we are off boarding the employee. No communication between QK management and Employees who are on client location.

Their is no such thing to like QK, when we will get a project they will tell you to go to clients location. When the project complete then only they will again connect with you

Working with the worst team fpna finance is a nightmare. They take credit for your hard work, shift the blame onto you for any issues, and subject you to constant torture. Despite putting in maximum effort, creating tools they dont know, the recognition is stolen, and you’re left dealing with the consequences of others' mistakes. They even accused me of disclosing crucial pricing details to another company, relentlessly pushing me to take the blame until I almost gave up. I had to fight back and refuse to accept such baseless accusations. In the end, they had no proof to support their claims. Well experience in Banking Domain,Good client exposure. Give chance for explore more with quality, skills and knowledge. Only Salary and some client side communication Gap should be taken in consideration for better development.

Dislikes

Politics and no close observation of HR personnel with employees who work at client side. Appraisal, rewards must be provided to deserving candidates than one who show up.

Moreover, their focus seems to be on personal endeavors rather than contributing to the team's success. The work environment is marred by favoritism, evident in the preferential treatment given to certain individuals based on their caste and connections. Additionally, politics and personal vendettas dictate decision-making, with those in power playing games to undermine those they dislike.
