Many opportunities to learn individually. Direct interaction with seniors and client side seniors builds a different confidence overall so appreciate that culture.

Dislikes

The type of work life balance and appraisal provided are not satisfied also sometime you need to stretch on your tasks and put personal things aside and need to work after tis you will not get any special benefits this is the misery

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
