- Highly not recommended for experienced professionals. - Don't think about your personal life senior and above-level people love to take participate and make fun for medical or personal issues. - Some teams and managers are very toxic, try too not social with them. - No consideration of hard work, extra hours working, efforts, no single person look forward until you are not usable. - Long working hours most of the days and there are no extra benefits even for medical emergencies neither leaves. - No appraisals and promotions policy Until you are not close and in good books of some stereotype manipulators. - Everyone will mislead you and torture you for increasing their no in front of some egoist people. - Accomplish tasks and forget there is no appreciation rule. - 100% nepotism based organisation structure. Everything. No work life balance, on the name of work life balance they do not have the maximum working hours schedule but they have the minimum and the project manager/senior project manager here make you work until late in the night. Mental assault on the name of work, no policy for time management. Overall worst place on the name of autonomous organisation
