This company is very good for skill development. Managing director,vice president , director (technical) They are supportive and always motivate their employees to succeed

Some seniors are very corrupt and always harass their employees. They do a lot of politics and torture junior level employees a lot like Ajay Kumar Patanga and saurabh kori These two seniors have no knowledge, yet they are in the post of manager and assistant manager. They have less technical knowledge, Ajay Kumar Patanga tries to get involved in technical work but when it comes to taking responsibility in front of the client or any other person then he says I am not from technical field..Taking bribe from other department is a common thing for them. And after taking bribe from Saurabh Kori, the quality reports are changed. Both of them have very bad behaviour with the junior employees. Due to these reasons, I also had to discontinue my job. Other staff is very supportive. And the company culture is very good. But due to both of these, junior employees have to suffer a lot. They torture the employees mentally and physically. Most of the employees who work under them are very troubled by both. But they are not able to comply because they threaten them.And they start targeting.
