QACA is the third party company.., Every MNC company has lot of supplier companies, In that companies MNC need their supplier parts as much as good in terms of quality so they introduce some third party company like QACA, TRIGO etc.., those company peoples directly go into supplier company they will confirm the judgement made on thefinished product by internal QC team as customer point of view... Paracoat is one of the RENO NISSAN supplier in which they are providing NVH (Noise Vibration and Harness) parts to RENO NISSAN.. it's a good and more responsible job for me. Teammates combined north and south Indian Peoples thses leads mulity language develope skill, in supplier they are getting more projects from RENO NISSAN., since my joining I don't have any Carrer growth and no increment it's a disappointed one ..,, it's a typical middle scale industry culture..., People here are very much good ., When thinking about future and Carrer growth I feel should go ahead....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
