Just to have some experience in your field and to remove the tag of fresher.

No Personal growth . When increment time comes they make excuses of lockdown Corona ,and compensate it giving you WFH facilities. Seniors struggling since 3 or more years are still at the basic pay as of Freshers. No. of years are not counted for increment instead director examine your personal knowledge asking you typical questionsand then decide if you'r eligible for 2-3k of increment or not.
