Difficult to take leaves; client approval for leaves is often denied. Lack of collaboration between the parent company (Qualitrix) and the client company. No hybrid work mode options available. Low pay for the amount of work expected. No additional benefits apart from the CTC; no bonuses are provided.

The client that I worked for is too much nagging. The lead keeps pinging every 5 mins proving to the manager that she is the only one who works. Disturbs and not let’s us do our work at peace .

Management does not care. Incompetent lead and manager. Micro management. No technologically improvement . Involved only in manual testing even if you’re hired for automation
