1. Good Training but they did not tell about assessment during interview. Their recruitment strategy is to hire 10 people and keep 3 top performers, fire the rest to wander around. Why do you call people from other city promising good work environment and salary? Please let your candidates at interviews know about the assessment and your general placement figures. People change and leave their home for you and you treat them like objects to replce. 2. Office doesn't have professional setting. Offensive, double-meaning jokes are common. 3. English is not used a common language and local language with local words used. 4. High level of micro-management.
