People are cooperative there, they reply on time. Even if they don't know something they will try to help you or give some point of contact.

Dislikes

Work satisfaction is not there. Even if you don't like the work still you have to do it. You will be working in a very narrow area where you know the thing only around your project. You wouldn't get leverage to explore more. Job security is also my concern because recently qualcomm laid off many people. They are not sure when to hire, whom to hire. Company future goal is also not very clear.

The new CEO Christiano Amon is not good. He is ruining the work culture of Qualcomm by making it too difficult for employees to work. Policy changes are random and crazy at times.
