I would like to share my experience when I was working in Qualcomm, I would say that the world's best company I have ever experienced. I always wish if I would get one more chance to work with Qualcomm i would feel the most lucky one in my entire life. I worked as a contractual base for 1.5 yrs but I would never ever forget how the staff and my respected seniors were so cool and generous 😊. I love the whole thing in Qualcomm. The staff over there the facilities they provide, the environment is so friendly, you can work stresslessly every thing is really so flexible, and people will also help you if ask for any...so since 2018 I've been work in Hyderabad, till now the best work experience i have ever felt.

Nothing..no bad experience. But yes when i was asked to leave QUALCOMM that was like a night mare for me i didn't want to leave but i signed a contract for 8months but how it just passed away , too soon... i cried a lot while exiting. if i get an opportunity again i would definitely love to rejoin. And that would be my dream comes true again.....

Office politics is there in some teams, promos will be dragged until you breakdown completely, work done by does not matter what matters the most is the managers perception about you, if you are introvert and unable to project the work you have done you are doomed , others will take the credit of your work and promo 😉
