Work Life balance is something to consciously prioritize and work towards as otherwise there will always be work that can be done 24/7 ; Work pressure on deliverables can sometimes come all at once and be overwhelming; There could be constant refresher training so the senior dietitians have to guide the new joinees step by step; Sometimes the quality of colleagues drops which can affect the balance of work in the company....Read More
