Dislikes

Need to work on holidays and sundays also. Leave policy is worst and no time to spend with family. No extra incentives provided if worked on holidays and sundays and for the work also not much recognised and rewarded. Only people who can do buttering to the supervisors can survive here

I strongly advise students against joining QSpiders, as they use clever marketing tactics to mislead students into believing they provide industry-relevant training. They lure students with exaggerated placement claims and flashy presentations, but the reality is far from their promises. The content they teach is outdated and does not prepare students for the current job market. Furthermore, they often create a false sense of urgency to enroll, pressuring students into making hasty decisions. I would not recommend QSpiders to students who are planning to join, as the institute still focuses on outdated technologies, which do not align with current industry demands. Additionally, the curriculum lacks sufficient hands-on training and practical exposure, making it difficult for students to bridge the gap between theory and real-world applications. The learning environment can also feel overly rigid, and the guidance provided does not adequately cater to individual needs or career aspirations. Doing fraud with students, after taking them for one or more years, not providing single interview to them, those who are creating videos of jobs in their websites are ones who got jobs outside from off or on campus and studying here. IN QSPIDERS and Jspider only 2 out of 100 students can get placed genuinely.

Kindly talk with the working staff there have lots of problems. I Velachery there are not respecting the staff. Qspiders is gud but Velachery branch is not good .but because of the Qspiders Velachery manager mam the staff and house keeping aunty are also quoting the job soon. Most of them are quiting the job because there are not giving the respect to us
