Nothing much apart from some of the employees with good culture

Dislikes

Worst management, no proper respect and behaviour towards employees no increment They take the candidates telling the profile for HR Coordinator but put you to counselling team or marketing team Experience of working there is no where useful even to go for any other company

They don't have a proper work schedule which the employee should have to work according to their designation and any time they were terminate you whether you completed your probation period they don't think that which type of problems the person should be face when they terminate suddenly without giving the notice period and one of me who faces that difficulties when I was asked the reason of my termination they should had giving a foolish reason that they were hired a new employees that's why we terminate you .. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
