9 hours login is best once you complete ur 9 hours u can swipe and get out of that place

Very horrible branch head who listens only to his favourite persons such as manager. I think they would have trapped for the sake of increments and etc. As u work for more than 1 year or 5 year ur salary will be the same and the deductions are very horrible compared to IT companies and small scale industries for eg. If ur salary package is 2.4 lpa u will get 1.8 lpa in ur hand and little money would be invested to ur pf account i.e 1 or 1.2k that's it remains 3.8k they'll eat in the name of yours...Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
