The most overwhelming part of being a member of QH talbros is itself a remarkable one. I have a learnt a lot and somehow lucky to get Mentors who have helped me at every aspects to enhance my skills. Mr Madhu, Mr Tygai and Mr Virender yadav these are the people who are responsible for making me who i am right now and the present me. Certainly the atmosphere, the working culture , the team everything is perfect . If you are learning seeker and would like to expand your skills then it is a perfect shot for you . Nobody is bothered to get you trained perhaps you are the only one who could get yourself trained....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
