everything is okay only you work under the seniors point of view and till the work pressure is there if the number of call slows down then you will be fired and thrown out means total ploitics

Not even HR is supportive because his work is to listen on the matter if happens something in between employees but what should one do and where should he go if HR directly comes and asked him to go back without telling or asking anyone. Not even informing the relative senior manager or general manager? such a bad culture and politics is on the peak....

no doubt...terrible... because what you are asked to be paid, atleast you should be paid that much, I've worked in other companies too but the PF deduction process is just disgusting here as both employee and employer fund is deducted from your salary.

There was less work pressure somedays.
Dislikes
But some other days they kind of start abusing to their employees. Salary was not even basic, also no incentives neither it has any growth aspect.
