The company has a good motivation for there employees, I love the fact that I am part of the company to help for improvement of my qualifications and experience, and to gain more knowledge and surplus goal for my carrier.

Dislikes

Sometimes the manager will not value my suggestion an individual unique strength. And also.regarding our food and accommodation it is not really satisfied.and thers no training given from the employees.

I hove a challenging work in qcon as mechanical supervisor,,even though iit is a shutdown short term..but it is remarkable for me to work for them..and its help for me to ad my work knowledge and experience.
