Nothing to like about the company Avoid joining here especially experienced people they will spoil your resume

Dislikes

- Mass hiring and instant firing of multiple people stating that there are no projects. - Management and HRs are terrible, too toxic work culture - No orientation is given on joining. - Fetch work for yourself if you can in the company because nobody knows what’s happening.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
