The company as a whole is a dislike. The work culture, timing, work-life balance everything is a mees. The company doesn't take and show any type of care for employee's family. The employee need to be a robot here. My son was severally ill and was hospitalized. I could not come to office for few days, but i worked remotely. But thrcompany wanted me to come to office. My son was my first priority and didn't come to office, leaving my son with my wife only at hospital. For this reason only I was fired. Company is not bothered about employee's family.
