One of the worst company in Chennai.there was no proper team handling. Lot of partiality and internal politics were there. Fraud company....normally they take freshers for 8k and don't give proper training after a week they will assign you a project and ask you regular updates. They squeeze you until the projects complete. No work life balance, no leave, politics... I literally don't recommend this company for you guys if you are looking for IT job....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
