Couple of people in the senior management are welcoming.

Dislikes

This company have very terrible work culture .There is no efficient team to work with. zero job security. There are no employee friendly policies. Work environment is very bad constant pushing and monitoring. And they can fire employees any time for very simple stupid reason (personal egos). Zero professional behaviour. they will not pay salary's on time.

Here in Pyrite Technologies, the working environment is awesome, teams were so co-operative to each others as well the leads and specially the CEO of this company, he is so caring towards his employees .

My role is quite challenging, being a HR Manager, i have to handle end to end aspects of HR Dept. which has helped me a lot to improve my skills and as well my confidence .
