The Work culture is very pathetic specially during COVID, salary cut, no compensation benefits, internal politics, company policies keep on changing internally etc.

Poor work-life balance, bossy culture has destroyed the internal balance in employees, many left due to this I ternal politics and management never try to resolve the issue.. etc

The job is quite challenging for beginners and they give lots of pressure irrespective of experience level, so overall is not good.

Worst organisation ever ! Very pathetic culture no strict work timings. If you are working remotely you need to work whole day as they expect you to work all day as because you are working from home . They judge people from the very first day and if you fall sick they'll fire you no matter how severe your illness was . Worst HR and manager worse culture .

The worst organisation I ever worked with is pylon, Full of discrimination, favourism, asking the junior to work even on holidays, working days are officially 5 days but they ask to work all 7 days and if some1 refuses they cut their salary in double amount.

Pathetic work environment, worst seniors, huge internal politics, senior humiliate their juniors, seniors procide no support to juniors Salary cut and no reasons provided. Interview time informs monday to friday But ask to work all 7 days without any pay for saturday and sunday but if we tak leave on saturday or sunday our salary is cut.

Its the best company I have ever worked for. The work pressure here will build you up to be a good HR. If I ever get another chance, I will join Pylon back again. After leaving the company I realised that it was a bad decision I made. I have never seen such good mentors in my life like Pylon has. I miss the company
