Worst Company (Not even considered as a company) to work with. No Management & policies at all for employees, but when you ask something in your rights as an employee, they impose policies for that without having one. CEO of plant does not recognize anyone apart from his puppets. Top positions are offered to the persons attached like a leach from plant since eternity and are illiterate too. no clear designations, grades and hierarchy for employees. good people get recruited by False commitments from HR and get struck to save career. seriously plant is good, but culture is worst....Read More
