Management was poor in this company and working experience was very very poor because of false commitment by management for incentives and salary, unnecesary salary deduction.

Managemnt was very poor career growth is zero and managemnt makes false commitment to employees, not giving incentives as commited

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
