No human resource policy No appreciation No earned leave No rewards Only punishment Bogus managerial decisions No job security They Do not pay salaries after you resigned Do not pay traveling allowances There is a bond of 2 yes Proper training is not there Multiple tasks will be given

Initially it was ok, now it has become worst, company reduced manpower and given multitasking to all remaining employees with 1:2 ratio
