NOTHING GOOD in this company, Except its WORK FROM HOME. That's it. Worst Graphic designer team Leader / Manager, Its completely TOURCHER COMPANY... Brand Mangers gave us changes at 10PM, 11PM, 12Am 2AM, .. WAT THE FYCK MAN.......NO DINNER TIME, ZERO NIGHT LIFE. The Work Pressure is Very high. On daily basis, I have to work 14 to 18hours straight in a day. even on Weekend also. Manager do not value this things & next morning in meeting they shout on us....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
