Manager check absent No appreciation for your efforts and time No one care about your efforts of work I am from Accounts team my always takes the credit of my work in front of team Managers enjoys Work from home, leaves but not allowed you even for sick leave. Worst manager I ever met

Hr team is not that professional. Follow some unethical tactics. Apart from them technical team and management team is great. Enjoyed working with cto, ceo and directors side by side. Extremely motivating environment.

Hr team is following unethical practices which leads in loosing potential candidates. Hr team need professional training on daily basis.

With the startup culture, you get to learn a lot but you have to do everything and extend you office work hours everyday.

Bad work culture, Toxic bosses, NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE, 7 days working on sale days which comes every alternate month. Getting leaves approved are a problem!!!

Huge pressure and mentally huge pressure. You have to give 12 hours every day. No holiday, unofficially. Specially kolkata Fc. Working time 8 hours but you have to give 12 hours in Wearhouse and after returning you have to work in home.

No, I love purplle. but there are some unwanted office stuff given us pressure for work load of him
