what i don't like is the employee benefits even you are a regular employee, we don't have Christmas party, no outing or team building unless your workmate want have this activities and pay at your own expenses, worth of 500 grocery after 5 years of regularization. 10 leaves a year

Toxic people especially Managers. Some of the Managers are not College Graduate, that's why their salary is very low. The President (Son of Lucio Co) and the brother of the owner called "KAP" is a power tripper that thinks he owns the employees.

What I like the most when i was in Puregold is the learnings in different types of hardware and software. I gained my self confidence when it comes in troubleshooting and how to interact in different issues that i encounter because that is my first job in IT Industry.

Dislikes

Nothing its just that sometimes i'm having a hard time to ask my other colleagues to cover my shift.
