Learning environment, helpful team and cooperative colleagues i got in PV department. Job profile training were given regularly as per requirement.

No basis of appraisal .for male staff there was a disadvntge as they have to stay if work is extended, duty hour were 10.but if they stay for 12 to 14 hour they didnt get any overtime.if they cmplete 15 hrs then only they get 0.5 cmpnstry leave.

Or khud character less h. He's blacklisted also a MNC company. Dislikes

I enjoy the work environment and company culture in my present role. However, my particular role has become repetitive now that I’ve mastered the basics. Management seems to be slow in assigning new work or handing out additional responsibilities, so I don’t always feel like I am receiving enough challenge from the role.
