Dislikes

Roles are not clearly defined in this company. When work comes simply they will pass on to site people. And management is least bothered about people who work at site. And one more thing is all HR policies are inclined towards HO and our HR team thinks that only people who are sitting in HO and doing 9-6 job are hard woking but people who work day and night at site are not.
