Lot of politics and to the core. Lethargic Operations department and delay projects for years and gives C grade builder quality with ultra premium pricing. Hindi speaking Colleagues poach leads, mess with your follow-ups and together with GRE desk wouldnot allocate site visits on round robin rather filter and call you to attend under budget clients like seriously 70 to 80 L short for 1.3cr property. Don't join and suffer. They say 20k incentive from 3rd sale onwards after agreement signing only, and they would not pay single paise because they delay agreement for 40 days and put it in management sale quota and show you finger later. If you desperate for job then join for salary and don't hope for long stay, they would make your life hell by poaching your prospect client without your knowledge and do sale to same client through channel partner and you would wonder why no closure concluding when you done so much work till final cheque....Read More
