When u leave the organization most likely you leave company because of your seniors/ managers. how they treat you, n mine was the worst. So much politics and partiality.

It takes guts to raise ur voice against your manager when he/she is wrong, they/HR must verify both the sides before going on one sided decision.

Nothing is there to like in Puravankara

Please dnt prefer Purvanakar if your looking ur career in CRM. The CRM is worst . No team coordination no support form VP.They are not employee friendly . Work hours will be extended from 9 am to 9 pm no peaceful life.lots of politics no job security. At whole it is worst company I have worked .please dnt refer anyone for Purvanakar

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
