Hindi speaking Colleagues poach leads, mess with your follow-ups and together with GRE desk wouldnot allocate site visits on round robin rather filter and call you to attend under budget clients like seriously 70 to 80 L short for 1.3cr property. Don't join and suffer. They say 20k incentive from 3rd sale onwards after agreement signing only, and they would not pay single paise because they delay agreement for 40 days and put it in management sale quota and show you finger later. Because of company has good name in the market employees are getting recruited. Company want to squeeze 100% from employee. Even at my level. Company has given 12 years old desktop not support company routine works. Even it department is not supporting also our superior not speaking a bit about.

Other than my team and few people working nothing is good. Bad company Culture. You have to reach company within time, if you reach late by even 1 minute then its half-day, even if you extend for 1hr or 2 hr, its now use. Bad company policies, not employee friendly company. If you are in higher position or know people in company then only you are valued but no value for your work.
